I did not use it unfortunately as I didn’t have headphones. I assumed I was buying audio tour that would be provided by B&A no one knew anything about it. I ended up doing a free guided tour for an hour and plus browsing myself.

I arrived at the museum the ticket person did not know where to direct us finally I said just sell us 2 tickets for the special exhibit

Ich habe mir viel von meinem Besuch im Museum erhofft, aber der Audio Guide hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem nicht erfüllt. Das Museum selbst ist wirklich umfangreich und bietet eine Vielzahl an faszinierenden Ausstellungsstücken. Leider hat der Guide nur 24 Stücke erklärt, was in einem so großen Kontext einfach viel zu wenig ist. Ein weiteres großes Manko war die fehlende chronologische Anordnung der Erläuterungen. Ich musste ständig hin und her laufen, um die verschiedenen Informationen zu finden, was die Erfahrung frustrierend und unübersichtlich machte. Anstatt in die Tiefe zu gehen und die Zusammenhänge zwischen den Exponaten zu erläutern, blieb der Guide an der Oberfläche und ließ viele Fragen offen.

全く利用出来なかった。日本語での予約を希望したのに英語にもなっていた。もっと簡単にできるかと思った。事前利用方法の細やかさが無い。
