That was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was surrounded by stunning frescoes, sculptures, and artifacts that tell the story of centuries of culture. One of the highlights was definitely the self-guided audio tour. It helped not to get lost and I liked it very much I could pause whenever I wanted to take in the details or snap a few photos without feeling rushed. I loved learning about the stories of the artists and the significance of the Vatican marvelous collection. Can't wait to go back and explore more!

Was completely disappointed with the tour. The information that I could understand was shallow, the directions were inaccurate, and worst of all I couldn’t understand the guide because his pronunciation was terrible. It was more of a chore than anything for me. Even if this tour was free it wouldn’t have been worth the battery it wasted on my phone.

Schade ich habe die Tour in deutscher Sprache gebucht und diese auf Englisch erhalten. Gut gibt es noch die Textversion.

Poor instructions on meeting point. Incorrect paper work provided to 3rd party providing tickets. Lack of information/instructions as to where to go after receiving the incomplete paperwork. Would not use this provider again.

Leider konnte die letzte Station Step 13 nicht gehört werden. Die App springt dann automatisch zu Step 1. Die Stadtführung ist auch leider nur auf Englisch. Und nach Ende eines Steps geht der Step wieder von vorn los.
