To have enough time on both islands, choose a ticket not later than 1:00 PM.

It is best if you arrive not less than 30 minutes before your scheduled reserve time. The time on the ticket allows entry into the screening facility, not an actual vessel departure.

The American Family Immigration History Center, Bob Hope Library, and Temporary Exhibitions area are closed as of now.

Masks are required for security-check and for entering the ferry (must be worn at all times).
