Visit Duomo with a Combo Lift TICKET: Duomo, Terrace (by lift), Duomo Museum and Church of San Gottardo included. Note! Elevators are only up – you still have to walk down.

- •Arrive at the terraces by the reserved timeslot to start security checks for all the visitors
- •Shoulders and knees must be covered. Shorts, tank tops, and mini-skirts are not allowed.
- •The Church of San Gottardo & the Museum are closed on Wednesdays
- •The Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo may change opening hours, access ways, visit duration, or any events planned at the Duomo if needed, check [here](https://www.duomomilano.it/regolamenti/regolamento/)
- •The last entrance is at 17:50
- •The descent from the rooftops is always via stairs
- •Metal or glass objects, helmets & luggage aren't allowed. Bags will be checked at the entrance
- •Wheelchair access to the rooftops is only possible as far as the lower rooftop (limited to the area behind the choir). This service is available daily from 10:00 to 18:00, exclusively via the south elevator (77x106 x130 cm). If the south elevator is out of order, the north one (65x111x137 cm) will be used instead
- •Pick-up audioguide time: Monday to Saturday (10:00-16:00) and Sunday (12:30-16:00)
- •Pick-up audioguide place: pick up the audio guide during the times mentioned before at the Audioguide Desk inside the Cathedral
- •Please return the devices within 18:00 to the Groups Ticket Office
- •Beyond these times, the rental service is always active at the Groups Ticket Office, on the right side of the Cathedral
- •Identity document is required as a security deposit

- •Arrive at the rooftop. Go to the northern entrance and scan your ticket at the turnstile, then take the stairs or lift
- •Duomo: scan your Milan Duomo tickets at the entrance
- •Duomo Museum & Church of San Gottardo (closed Wednesdays): scan your ticket directly at the entrance
- •You can enter each attraction only once in 72 hours from your booked timeslot; re-entering is not possible

Primero tuvimos problemas para descargar las entradas, pq el código QR q sale en la aplicación no es suficiente, había q descargarlas del correo (en otras ocasiones si q ha sido suficiente con las entradas de la aplicacion). Pero lo peor fue para descargar las guías, q después de varias llamadas telefónicas a un teléfono de California y otro de Londres, no pudimos descargar.
