Reduced (age: 18-25 EU, disabled) and free (age: 0-17) tickets are NOT offered on Tiqets. These are tickets only for adult +18

Disabled visitors can access the basement and collect the ticket through the side entrance, on the right hand side of the external staircase on the facade. To start the visit, you must exit the building and go to the back entrance, at Piazzale Scipione Borghese 5. Once you enter the Gallery, you can access the second floor via the lift which has reduced capacity and does not allow the entry of large wheelchairs. However, wheelchairs are available to borrow on all three floors.

Borghese Gallery limits access to 180 guests at a time. Tickets are often sold out long in advance, so get your Borghese Gallery tickets in advance to ensure you don't miss out!

Small or large bags are not permitted inside the Borghese Gallery and will need to be checked in at the cloakroom

Dress code is smart casual

We recommend you arrive in advance of your timeslot so you have time to go through security and leave your affairs in the free cloakroom

Show your smartphone voucher at the entrance of Borghese Gallery to the staff, who will be holding a sign with "LOVING ROME" shown on it

They will welcome you and redeem your ticket

Once inside, the cloakroom for museum visitors is located in the basement reception area
